Barbell Shoulder Press

Start: stand holding the barbell with an overhand grip with your hands spaced just outside shoulder width. Hold the barbell just over your upper chest and below your chin. Your feet should be spaced just slightly wider than shoulder width and your knees should be slightly bent.

Move: press the bar straight overhead, stopping just short of elbow lockout. Then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
